We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was just perfect for us as it was close to the Exhibition center. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff provided excellent service, with room service and housekeeping being top-notch. We were also impressed with the hotel amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great addition, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and amenities provided here truly enhanced our experience and we would love to come back in the future.

Great location for exploring the exhibitions. Lovely spacious room, with good water pressure in the shower! Housekeeping and room service provided a great service.
The staff to guest ratio seems vastly under-staffed - which resulted in delayed and misunderstood service. There was some confusion with the billing and I was charged a parking fee that I think could be waived for residents.

My Xmas stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. the location was conveniently located near the exhibition center, which was perfect for my needs. the room was spacious and comfortable. I particularly liked the fact that the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Lastly, I appreciated the attentive and friendly room service.
I did notice a few things that could be improved. the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

The hotel has a location on the outskirts that's convenient for those visiting the exhibition center. the rooms are spacious and the water pressure in the shower is strong. Housekeeping and room service also deserve credit for their hard work.
The staff is understaffed, leading to delays in providing menu cards and towels. On top of that, the breakfast is very poor and some basic features, such as a toilet seat and curtains, are not provided.

The best aspects were the nearness to the exhibition center, good water pressure, and pleasant room service and housekeeping. We also appreciated the lovely hotel facilities and the kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our days.

I had a great stay at Dwelling Residency. The location near the Exibition center was perfect for me and the room space was good. The water pressure in the shower was also excellent. The room service and housekeeping were both nice and attentive to my needs.
